I purchased this book thinking it might be easy then her previous books, but the instructions are difficult to follow along. I let a friend who does origami all the time look at the book and even they could not figure out her instructions. The photos of the finished product is nice, but it would really be nice if the instructions were a little more understandable.

Go pick up an expired wallpaper book from a paint or wallpaper warehouse and then try using this book. The results are stunning.
book is great. great kindle price aswell. it takes a little practice for the more advanced models though. But it's all about the practice!!!. This Ekaterina sure is a great artist!!!!
Wonderful book! In general,It is very helpful to be able to see that I have already ordered swomething, particularly if I order more of it I am sure I have the right thing.
Beautiful works of art that are not very hard to recreate. My only regret is not having access to the beautiful papers she uses.
But I have taken to hand painting my own using acrylic paint which also imparts a durability to common papers.
We have Ekaterina's other 2 books and this again another great origami book. Ekaterina's designs are amazing. She is a true origami genius as she is not just taking someone else's work and republishing it, she is coming up with these designs herself. Some of the designs are incredibly difficult and she has her own rating system from one star to five stars. If you have never made a kusudama before I wouldn't recommend starting with a five star ornament. You will grow too frustrated and quit. This is a great book to learn the amazing art of origami kusudama!!
